We ship to most locations within Canada using CanadaPost, UPS, Purolator & FedEx. Local courier service is also available for customers in Calgary. We do not currently ship orders outside Canada
Orders can also be placed online for pick up at one of our Memory Express locations. For in-store pick-up orders, payment is processed at the store when picking up the order. PayPal is not supported for In-store Pick-up orders.
Orders are typically processed, packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Note: We get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment. Transit time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
We can only ship to registered / verified address(es) on your credit card or PayPal.
Due to system limitations, some products may be oversold. If we are unable to fulfill an order, the order will be canceled and refunded at the purchased price (including the shipping fee and taxes) using the original method of payment. You will be notified by email once the refund is complete.
